How To Install Wintek Windows In Metal Building
There are a number of videos out showing how to install windows in a metal building. Some we have watched are completely wrong. One “How-To” video even showed them installing the window upside down and from the wrong side of the wall.
A few simple tools like a 7 1/4″ circular saw (Skilsaw) with a carbide blade, a tape measure, a square or other straight edge, a cordless drill such as the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Drill Driver are the main tools necessary. A sheet metal shear works well also.
Installing Wintek windows in an existing wall is not difficult. Nor is it overly time consuming. Just careful measuring and cutting will usually do the job nicely.
